How much is shipping?
Shipping is free for orders over $70, then we have a flat rate of $9.95 for orders under $70.
Once my order is placed, when should I expect to receive it?
Orders are dispatched every Tuesday. If you've entered your email address as a contact you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us with tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched.
ETA for Sydney orders is approximately 1-3 days business days, interstate is approximately 3-5 business days (subject to Aus Post Covid-19 delays).

Is the chilli oil vegetarian/vegan?
Our OG chilli oil is not vegetarian/vegan as it contains oyster sauce, however we have our vegan chilli oil available as an alternative (also GLUTEN FREE).

Does each batch have the same heat?
In an ideal world with consistent weather conditions, each batch of our chilli oil would have the same heat levels. However due to an influx of rain over the past couple of months our chilli flake heat level may vary from each batch.

Are there any preservatives?
As a small batch handmade chilli oil, we do not add any preservatives. Our product is made fresh weekly.
Does it have to be refrigerated?
Our chilli oil is shelf stable and can be safely stored at ambient temperatures for up to 12 months. However refrigeration can help to extend freshness since we do not use preservatives in our products. Ensure oil is always covering the chilli flakes to preserve the chilli oil.
